We spent a fantastic and inspirational day with a team of 3 Doctors, a PA and a Case Manager from OPPC (a homeless organization in Santa Monica, CA). A humbling experience that will stay with us forever. The compassion, empathy, time, effort, perseverance and dedication that we experienced was truly overwhelming. Thank you OPCC for this great opportunity to film and produce our Inspirational Film “Street Medicine” – a short documentary about the work of OPCC Doctors helping homeless on the streets of Santa Monica, CA.

“Modern medical care is run like a business, but even business needs a sense of ethics,” the Dalai Lama said. “Since we have a body and mind, we need that mental peace and physical comfort to which compassion gives rise. We need to educate people to increase their concern for others’ well-being.”
